You have in your hands the magazine of General Bunkering Services nv (GBS) – a shipping office as well as being an expert in bunkering seagoing ships and operator of various cargo ships. Our core activities is the transport of mineral oils and gasoil, with bunkering (supplying seagoing ships with fuel) as specialty. Chartering ships for various mineral oils on the instructions of third parties is also part of our day-to-day work. Our firm, located in Antwerp, has been run on a family but professional basis for over ten years. Obviously we have not stood still over the last decade. Thanks to the necessary investments, GBS continues to react to your needs. Thus there are some five brand new ships at our – and your – disposal.
